SHIPPING POLICY

Don't we all love free shipping?! Shipping is free to the lower 48 US states. Otherwise, shipping is based off weight and delivery location. UPS or USPS may be used.

Blankets ship in a puncture-proof poly mailer.

Local Pick Up is available in Kaysville, UT.  During online check out, you will be able to select local pickup. You will be notified by email when your blanket is ready for pickup. Make sure you provide accurate contact information before you check out.  Please pick up your order within 48 hours of notification.

Return & Exchange Policy

The Warm Fuzzies Co. is proud to be a shop where people come for high-quality, important gifts.  We are not a large company with thousands of orders processing at a time. This is a small home-based shop and I give you my full love and attention.  If you have any concern, please reach out to me and I will do everything I can to keep my happy, proud customers.

 

Repairs:  My seamstress is happy to repair your blanket within 30 days of purchase.

 

Non-Personalized blankets:  I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be in new, unused condition. If your item was shipped, return shipping is paid by the customer.

 

Personalized and Customized blankets:  I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for personalized/custom blankets because they have been altered to meet your specific request.  However, if there is a problem with the blanket itself or an error in the design, please talk with me and I will make it right.
